We are excited to announce that we are hosting the first Miss Italia Washington State for Miss Italia Nel Mondo.

Salvatore Lembo with Pizzeria Guido and Firenze are officially the organizers for Washington State.

The deadline is March 25th, 2010.

The final event will take place on March 28, 2010, at 5:00 pm at the Embassy Suites in Bellevue, Washington.

To qualify for Miss Italia Washington, a woman must be between the ages of 17 and 26 and have one Italian parent or grandparent.

This Saturday we will present the local ensemble Seattle Chamber Players as they perform new and innovative music from Italy, featuring the special Italian guest ensemble, Xenia. John, di estrazione italiana, e' un medico di 45 anni, spostato con due bimbi di 5 e 8 anni. E' stato copito da un raro cancro al midollo spinale, (uno su 100.000 ) - Primary Myelofibrosis. Il processo degenerativo alquanto doloroso potra'  durare dai due ai 5 anni massimo. I membri della famiglia si sono offerti come donatori ma sfortunatamente non c'e' compatibilita'.
