Enrollment is now open for classes of Italian Language and Culture for Foreign Students organized by the Department of Linguistics at the University of Pisa and held in Viareggio (Lucca - Italy) in July and August 2009. The classes are open to everybody, without limit of age. A special program for students who have Italian ancestors is scheduled for the month of July.

Moreover the Department of Linguistics is offering one money grant for a student or an escort, every group of twelve (or more) students. The grant includes: tuition, lodging in a hotel (with breakfast and lunch), bathing seaside resort in Viareggio (i.e. comprehensive of beach-umbrella and deck-chair).

Two Italian movies will be showed during the Seattle Jewish Film Festival SJFF_Logothis year running from April 23rd through May 3rd.

The movies are:
