Il Ministero degli Affari Esteri offre ai giovani particolarmente meritevoli la possibilità di svolgere un periodo di tirocinio di tre mesi presso gli uffici dell'Amministrazione centrale a Roma o presso le sedi all'estero.
I tirocini sono stati istituiti dalla Convenzione tra il Ministero degli Affari Esteri e la Fondazione CRUI (Conferenza dei Rettori delle Università Italiane) in base alla Legge 24 giugno 1997, n. 196 “Norme in materia di promozione dell’occupazione”, art. 18: “Tirocini formativi e di orientamento”. Essi si articolano normalmente in tre periodi dell'anno: gennaio-aprile; maggio-agosto; settembre-dicembre.
Finora (maggio 2008) hanno aderito al programma 66 Università italiane e sono stati offerti 8.465 tirocini presso il Ministero o le sedi all'estero, per i quali sono pervenute oltre 40.000 candidature.
I tirocini hanno come obiettivo l'acquisizione di una conoscenza diretta e concreta del mondo del lavoro, in particolare dell'attività svolta nell'ambito delle competenze del Ministero, al fine di completare e/o favorire il percorso formativo universitario dello studente o di agevolare le scelte professionali dei neo-laureati.

L’istituto Italiano di Cultura di San Francisco rende pubblico un comunicato relativo a borse di studio offerte da scuole italiane. In allegato sono disponibili le informazioni  in italiano e in inglese e il modulo di domanda. L'Istituto ha comunicato che può accettare le domande fino al 15-20 gennaio, precisando anche che il colloquio, ai fini dell'assegnazione delle borse, può avvenire per telefono per i candidati che non risiedono a San Francisco.

Celebrate Natale with your family at Dante's 2009 Festa di Natale per i Bambini on Saturday December 5th.

We meet that afternoon from 2:00 PM to 5:30 PM in the comfort of our own Headquarters House at

The children, grandchildren and neighbors of you and your friends are all invited to experience a traditional Italian celebration of Christmas. This joyous occasion includes delicious fresh-baked pizzelle, projects with stars, letter-writing, clay and word games, creating a presepio (Nativity scene), reading the La Befana story (and greeting her!) pizza, and tombola with prizes!

Questo gruppetto di Italiani (e non) si riunisce ogni tanto, giusto per fare una chiacchierata, due risate e per parlare di cose varie.  La scusa e' per mangiare una pizza.  In genere scegliamo una pizzeria dove non c'e' tanto rumore e possiamo stare quanto tempo vogliamo senza che i camerieri ci rompano le scatole.  Quindi se ti interessa unirti al gruppo iscriviti usando il link qui’ sotto.  Cosi, in genere ogni due settimane circa, riceverai una email dove ti diro' quando e dove sara' la prossima riunione, spesso al Giovedi sera.
